Employment Type : Full-Time, Salary : ₹28,000 per month + Allowances
Preferred Qualification
- MBA (Preferred)
- B.E. / B.Tech in ECE, EEE, E&I, or related Electronics background preferred.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, business administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage enterprise operations, client communications, project schedules, and team coordination.
- Knowledge of electronics, embedded systems, PCB design, training operations, or product development will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day enterprise operations.
- Coordinate training programs, technical projects, and client requirements.
- Manage business development activities and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely project execution.
- Support management in planning and implementing organizational growth initiatives.
